Our Variable Spring Supports effectively manage piping loads throughout operation,
reducing stress on pipelines, equipment, and connected instruments. This ensures
improved system safety, reliability, and extended service life.
We offer a diverse range of spring rates across five series (VS1 to VS5), allowing
precise selection to meet client-specific requirements while keeping load variation to
a minimum. Our standard range covers load capacities from 8.2 Kgf to 29,700 Kgf.
For demanding applications, we also provide specially engineered supports with
higher load capacities and customized spring rates apart from our catalogue.
To suit varying site conditions and installation requirements, our supports are
available in multiple configurations such as hanging type, bottom-supported type,
etc ensuring ease of accommodation in different piping layouts.
All supports are designed with a strictly symmetrical construction, featuring single
upper and lower load connections to ensure a moment-free load transfer to the
structure. Each unit is equipped with durable load data labels, and deflection is
monitored through an integrated linear movement indicator, enabling easy
inspection and maintenance.
