Our Constant Spring Hangers are engineered with precision spring mechanisms to
maintain constant load within permissible variation over the full range of vertical
movement. They are built for smooth operation, durability, and long service life
under demanding industrial conditions.
We offer three standard travel series – CS1, CS2, and CS3 – covering travel ranges
up to 300 mm, along with multiple load series ranging from 25 Kgf to 30,000 Kgf.
These options enable accurate selection based on project-specific load and
movement requirements.
In addition to our standard catalogue, we provide custom-engineered constant
supports for specialized applications, and have already supplied supports with travel
ranges up to 650 mm and load capacities up to 61,000 Kgf, ensuring reliable
performance even in extreme operating conditions.
To suit diverse site requirements, our supports are available in various
configurations such as hanging type, bottom-supported type, and custom
mounting arrangements, allowing ease of installation across different piping layouts,
we also have vertical spring models to cope up with structural fowling at congested
sites. Each unit is equipped with durable load data labels, and deflection is
monitored through an integrated angular movement indicator, enabling easy
inspection and maintenance.
